What is a Material Recovery Facility (MRF)?

An MRF is an advanced waste processing unit that segregates daily waste into wet/organic and dry waste categories. This systematic approach ensures that waste is not just discarded but repurposed into useful resources such as Bio-CNG, compost, and electricity.


How Our MRF Works

Waste Collection & Sorting


Waste is collected from various sources and brought to the MRF.

The facility then segregates it into wet/organic waste and dry waste for further processing.

Processing Wet/Organic Waste


Bio-CNG Production: Organic waste is converted into Bio-CNG, which is used as fuel for gas and power plants, reducing dependency on fossil fuels.

Compost for Farmers: Organic waste is also processed into nutrient-rich compost, promoting eco-friendly farming practices.
